How do you use liquin?

Liquin was formulated by Winsor and Newton for use with the Alkyd Fast Drying Oil Paint but has become very popular with artists who use regular oil paint. The Liquin is designed to aid in the speed at which the paint dries and is excellent for use in glazing. I use Liquin in my beginning oil layer as a glaze base to put my details over the top. Liquin makes the paint more transparent so I use it for glazes and white spirit for upper layers when I need better paint coverage.
